About Us

My name is Eve, and I'm a breeder nestled in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina. I've been breeding and raising AKC Registered Shih Tzus for the past 20 years. It's so easy to fall in love with these furry little beauties, and I've always had an affinity for dogs. Through the years I've had many different breeds - German Shepherds, Maltese, Havanese and Poodles, just to name a few. Some I have even found in the street. I also have a Great Pyrenees that I've had since he was only two days old due to him being rejected by his mother because he was deaf. My love for dogs shines bright, and we take extra special care of all of our dogs.

Our mission here at Foothills Shih Tzus is to provide every customer with the perfect new fur baby by connecting healthy puppies with caring, loving families. We ensure healthy and humane breeding practices which means a healthier, happier puppy for you!
